I'm a relentless problem solver who's always been responsible for far more than what was on paper. I've processed payroll for 60+ clients a week while acting as an HR rep, which taught me to think ahead, anticipate problems before they happen, and support business owners who don't want to live in the details of operations.

Now I see businesses holistically. I understand how one decision ripples through everything else (your time, your energy, your clients, your revenue) and I build systems that support the full ecosystem. I also know how to protect your energy. I can spot where it's leaking, and I don't hesitate to cut what isn't working so you can operate from a place that feels clear, grounded, and sustainable.
